Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA), Pune
College and university teachers, postdocs and PhD students interested in learning pedagogic teaching approach of astronomy, astrophysics and cosmology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels are encouraged to attend the workshop.
Preference will be given to faculty members from Delhi and neighbouring regions. Very limited accommodation preferably for out-station participants will be available.

Goals and desirable outcomes

Explore innovative teaching methodologies and strategies that can improve student learning experiences in the field of astronomy and astrophysics.

Expand Subject Knowledge: Deepen participants’ understanding of key concepts in core areas of astronomy, astrophysics and cosmology.

Develop Resource Materials: Create a repository of high-quality syllabi, resource materials, and tutorials that teachers can utilize to enhance their instructional practices and engage their students effectively.
